CCRN 2014-15 Special Observation and Analysis Period (SOAP) Synthesis Workshop (National Hydrology Research Centre, Saskatoon, SK, October 3-4, 2016)

    A workshop was held in Saskatoon in early October 2016 to review observations and insights from the CCRN’s Special Observation and Analysis Period (SOAP), carried out during the 2014-15 hydrological year, and to address scientific and data management aspects of SOAP. The workshop included three main components:

    1. WECC updates and representation from observatories identifying success and interesting observations/results from the year;
    2. synthesis of network-wide activities organized around key SOAP science questions; and
    3. planning for outputs, special issue paper(s), publication of datasets, etc.
