Welcome to the new IP3 Users' and Stakeholders' Blog and User Forum! This front page "Blog" will contain new information posted by members of the IP3 Secretariat. Old blog entries will be moved to the Blog Archive.

The User Forum is for your use, for discussion topics related to using CRHM and MESH, your institutional needs, or anything related to IP3 or hydrology in cold regions. Please let us know what else we can do to improve the site and its effectiveness.
