The IP3 Network consists of network and collaborating researchers, post-doctoral fellows, students, and staff from a range of institutions across Canada, Europe, and the United States. IP3 is managed by a Board of Directors and a Scientific Committee and is supported by the Cold Regions Hydrology Users' Group and partner individuals and institutions.
